A compact, lightweight, ergonomic, affordable, rugged, and feature rich cardiac defibrillator. Designed to be an FDA class 3 device. Dust and waterproof to IP56. -20 C to 50 C operating temperature. Designed to pass MIL spec vibrations (jet, helicopter, and truck), MIL spec drop, and MIL spec shock. Acoustically clear and loud (85 dB) voice instructions can be heard in a noisy environment. It has approximately 100 unique components in its bill of materials, and many of those components are custom designed. Manufacturing processes include hot plate welding, overmolding, PCB insert molding, ultrasonic welding, single use patient electrodes, stamping, and spring manufacturing.
